Raw material: High quality coconut shell, carbonized, activated by high-temperature steam, and refined by screening

Common specifications: 8 × 16 mesh, 10 × 20 mesh, 20 × 40 mesh; Iodine value: 800-1200mg/g, the higher the iodine value, the better the adsorption performance

Core Advantages 
1. Extremely developed micropores with high adsorption capacity 
Coconut shell charcoal is mainly microporous with a large specific surface area, and has better adsorption capacity for small molecule organic compounds, residual chlorine, odors, and heavy metals than coal charcoal. 
2. High strength, minimal wear, and less dust 
Coconut shell charcoal has high mechanical strength, is not easily broken after repeated washing, produces clear water, and has a long filter operating cycle. 
3. Low ash content and few impurities 
Compared to coal based activated carbon, it has lower ash content and is suitable for industries such as drinking water, food, and pure water. 
4. Renewable energy 
Saturated coconut shell charcoal can be regenerated at high temperatures to restore adsorption capacity and reduce long-term operating costs.

Main applications 
1. Drinking water treatment: remove residual chlorine, color, organic matter, odor, trace heavy metals from water, and pre filter pure/ultrapure water; 
2. Advanced sewage treatment: decolorization of industrial wastewater, adsorption of COD, and removal of organic pollutants; 
3. Gas treatment: exhaust gas deodorization, VOC adsorption, solvent recovery; 
4. Food and beverage industry: decolorization and purification of sugar solution and alcoholic beverages; 
5. Pool and reclaimed water reuse: remove odors and organic matter.
