1. Super accelerator, high activity
TS belongs to the thiuram type super accelerator, with a fast vulcanization rate, and can significantly shorten the vulcanization time in both natural rubber and synthetic rubber. When used in combination with thiazoles (M, DM) or sulfonamides (CZ, NS), it can significantly improve the vulcanization efficiency as a second promoter.
2. Anti scorching safety is better than TT/Better Scorch Safety Than TMTD
The critical temperature for sulfurization of TS is about 121 ℃, and its after effect is greater than that of thiuram disulfide (TT/TMTD) and dithiocarbamate salts. It is safer to process and has a lower tendency to burn. The activity is about 10% lower than TMTD, but it results in a wider processing window.
3. Non staining, non staining
The product is a white to light yellow powder that is easily dispersed in the rubber material, does not change color or contaminate, and is particularly suitable for white, light colored, and colored rubber products, as well as transparent products.
4. Wide Sulfur Dosage Range
When using TS, the range of sulfur dosage is large, and the formula design is flexible, which can be adjusted according to the performance requirements of the product.
5. Strong universality/Broad Compatibility
Suitable for various types of rubber such as natural rubber (NR), isoprene rubber (IR), butadiene rubber (BR), styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), nitrile rubber (NBR), butyl rubber (IIR), and ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM).
6. Excellent Vulcanizate Properties
Vulcanized rubber has good heat aging resistance and small compression permanent deformation, and the product has a long service life.
