-Physical and chemical characteristics: low toxicity, excellent compatibility with rubber; High molecular weight, slow migration speed in the adhesive material, and low frost resistance when added in high amounts; Flammable; Can inhibit the catalytic aging of metal ions such as copper and iron in China Shangshun Chemical ..
2、 Core role
1. The main anti-aging agent used in tire formulations is RD, which is suitable for high-temperature working conditions. RD is the most commonly used anti-aging agent for tires, as rubber becomes hard and cracked due to long-term heating and oxidation
2. Passivation of metal ions, weakening the catalytic oxidation damage of metals to rubber
3. Not easy to spray frost, will not precipitate and contaminate the surface of the rubber material and mold
