>Drawing PP belongs to homopolymer PP, specifically used for plastic flat wire and woven products; The molecular structure is regular and suitable for extrusion drawing, making it the most mainstream raw material in the plastic weaving industry. 
Physical and chemical indicators (universal parameters for drawing grade) 
-Appearance: Milky white translucent particles, non-toxic and odorless 
-Density: 0.90~0.91 g/cm ³ * * (the lowest density among general plastics) 
-Melting point: 167-172 ℃ 
-Melt flow rate MFR (230 ℃/2.16kg): 2.5-4.0 g/10min (classic range for drawing grades, MFR should not be too high to prevent wire breakage) 
-Vicat softening point: 145~150 ℃ 
-Features: High tensile strength and good rigidity; Acid and alkali resistance, chemical resistance; Disadvantages: High brittleness at low temperatures, prone to brittle fracture at low temperatures 
>Core requirements for brushed PP: stable MFR, low ash content, high isotropy, ensuring continuous extrusion of flat wire and high strength.

5. The heat resistance is better than PE, and the short-term use temperature can reach around 100 ℃ 
6. Recyclable and renewable; Poor weather resistance, prone to aging and brittleness outdoors without adding antioxidant/UV additives
