1. Sulfurization promotes high acceleration efficiency
M is a thiazole based semi speeding accelerator that has a rapid vulcanization promoting effect on natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers (NR, IR, SBR, BR, NBR, EPDM, etc.), significantly shortening vulcanization time and improving production efficiency.
2. Good Vulcanization Flatness
The vulcanization curve is flat, with a low tendency towards over sulfuration, and the vulcanized rubber has excellent aging resistance, ensuring stable performance of the product under different vulcanization conditions.
3. Good dispersibility and easy processing/Easy Dispersion
Easy to disperse in rubber, non polluting, non discoloring (suitable for light colored products), with plasticizing and softening effects, improving the processing performance of the rubber material.
4. Versatile, Can Be Used Alone or Blended
It can be used alone or in combination with alkaline accelerators such as thiuram type (TMTD), dithiocarbamate, aldehyde amine, guanidine type (DPG), etc., significantly improving vulcanization speed and tensile stress. It is one of the most versatile accelerators in rubber formulations.
