Solubility: Easily soluble in acetone, benzene, carbon disulfide, ethanol; Difficult to dissolve in gasoline; Insoluble in water
Characteristics: When exposed to light or air, it will oxidize and gradually darken in color, but its protective performance is not affected; Flammable; Belonging to para phenylenediamine anti ozone anti-aging agents; China Shangshun Chemical is prohibited from using light colored rubber due to its pollution coloring properties ..
2、 Core functions
1. Excellent resistance to ozone aging: Resistant to rubber surface cracking caused by ozone erosion, outstanding static ozone protection ability
2. Excellent resistance to flexural fatigue: under dynamic and repeated bending conditions, it delays rubber cracking and provides core additives for tires and conveyor belts
3. Resistant to thermal oxidative aging, it can suppress the catalytic aging damage caused by metal ions such as copper and manganese
4. Compound scheme: IPPD+antioxidant RD (TMQ), a classic combination in the tire industry, RD is mainly used for heat oxidation resistance, IPPD is mainly used for ozone resistance and flexural fatigue resistance
