>Synthesis: Low pressure polymerization process, ethylene is polymerized under the action of catalyst, with very few molecular branches, regular arrangement of molecular chains, high density, and high crystallinity. 
Physical and chemical indicators (general parameters for new aggregate materials) 
-Appearance: Milky white opaque cylindrical particles, non-toxic and odorless 
-Density: 0.940-0.965 g/cm ³ 
-Melting point: 126-135 ℃ 
-Melt flow rate MFR (190 ℃/2.16kg): 0.01-30 g/10min (with significant differences among different grades) 
-Vicat softening point: 110-125 ℃ 
-Features: high rigidity, high hardness, good tensile strength, chemical corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance, wear resistance; Compared to LDPE/LLDPE, it has poor transparency, slightly lower toughness, and stress cracking resistance depending on the grade

4. Good low temperature resistance, not easily brittle at low temperatures
