Product Name: Precipitation Silicon Dioxide, commonly known as White Carbon Black 
Chemical formula: \ (\ boldsymbol {SiO2 · nH2O} \) 
Precipitation white carbon black is an amorphous silica powder obtained by reacting sodium silicate with acid, precipitation, filtration, washing, drying, and crushing. It belongs to fine inorganic powder fillers and is different from gas-phase white carbon black.

-Appearance: White fluffy powder 
-SiO ₂ dry basis content: ≥ 90% 
-Burning loss: 4.0-7.0% 
-Oil absorption value: 180-280 g/100g (varies greatly depending on the brand)

2、 Core performance characteristics 
Excellent reinforcement performance: In rubber systems, it can significantly improve tensile strength, tear strength, and wear resistance, replacing some carbon black and making light colored rubber products. 
Thickening, thixotropy, and anti settling: added to coatings, adhesives, and epoxy systems, can increase system viscosity, prevent pigment settling, and control sagging; After stirring, the flowability improves and the viscosity is restored by standing still. 
Extinction effect: Used for paints and inks, can prepare matte and semi matte paint films. 
Good dispersibility: Surface modified precipitated white carbon black is more easily dispersed in plastics, rubber, and coatings. 
Chemical inertness: acid and alkali resistant, non flammable, good insulation, non-toxic.

1. Rubber industry (maximum use): Silicone rubber, shoe material rubber, light colored rubber hoses, sealing strips, used as reinforcing fillers to enhance wear resistance and tear resistance. 
2. Paint&ink: matt paint, industrial paint, water-based paint (styrene acrylic lotion system), printing ink, used as matting agent and anti sedimentation additive. 
3. Adhesives&sealants: epoxy adhesive, silicone sealant, hot melt adhesive, thickening and thixotropic, anti sagging, and improving colloidal strength. 
4. Plastic industry: PP, PE, PA66, etc., used for filling, anti adhesion, and improving surface properties. 
5. Daily chemical and pesticide: toothpaste friction agent, pesticide carrier, powder anti caking agent.
