1. Strong after effect, better than M/Better Scorch Safety Than M in terms of anti scorching effect
The critical temperature for vulcanization of DM is relatively high (about 130 ℃ or above for significant activation), making it less prone to early burning during processing, and making mixing, rolling, and extrusion operations safer. This is the biggest advantage of DM over accelerator M - it is often used as a substitute for M in processes that require longer operating times.
2. Good sulfurization flatness, heat aging resistance/Flat Vulcanization, Heat Aging Resistance
The vulcanization curve is flat, with a low tendency towards over sulfuration. The vulcanized rubber has excellent heat aging resistance and is suitable for manufacturing rubber products that require long-term use.
3. Medium Cure Rate, Broad Application
When used alone, the vulcanization speed is moderate and can produce flat medium speed vulcanization; When used in combination with alkaline accelerators such as thiuram type (TMTD), dithiocarbamate, aldehyde amine, guanidine type (DPG), etc., the activity is significantly enhanced and the vulcanization rate is greatly increased.
