CZ is a highly active post effect (delayed effect) accelerator that does not burn prematurely at processing temperatures, and provides sufficient operational safety time for the rubber material during mixing, rolling, and extrusion processes. Compared to thiazole based accelerators such as M and DM, the anti scorching performance is significantly improved.
2. Fast vulcanization speed, high production efficiency/Fast Vulcanization*
The promotion effect is extremely strong above the vulcanization temperature (≥ 138 ℃), and the vulcanization time is short, which can significantly shorten the vulcanization cycle, improve mold utilization and production capacity.
3. Excellent Vulcanizate Properties**
Vulcanized rubber has high tensile strength, high tensile stress, good elasticity, and heat aging resistance, with small compression permanent deformation.
4. No frosting, Slight Discoloration
The surface of the product has no frost phenomenon, with slight discoloration, suitable for light or colored rubber products with high appearance requirements.
5. Wide applicability, can be used alone or in combination/Broad Compatibility
Suitable for various rubber types such as natural rubber (NR), isoprene rubber (IR), styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), nitrile rubber (NBR), chloroprene rubber (HR), and ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM). It can be used alone or in combination with alkaline accelerators such as thiuram type (TMTD), dithiocarbamate, DPG, etc., to adjust the vulcanization rate and crosslinking density.
