-Appearance: Light yellow/yellow powder, divided into oil filled type (IS-OT series, reducing dust, mainstream) and non oil filled type 
-Characteristics: Flammable, low toxicity; Stable at room temperature, gradually converted to ordinary soluble sulfur at high temperature, product stabilizer added to delay conversion 
-Mainstream grades: IS60, IS80, HD OT20, HS OT20 (high thermal stability type) 
2、 Core advantages (compared to ordinary sulfur) 
1. No frosting: After mixing, sulfur will not migrate and precipitate on the surface of the rubber, avoiding the whitening and frosting of tires and rubber parts, and not polluting the mold 
2. No migration: No sulfur migration occurs between multiple layers of rubber, maintaining the surface viscosity of the rubber and facilitating tire molding 
3. Anti scorching: It is not easy to sulfurize early during mixing and storage, and the processing safety is higher 
4. Improve adhesion: significantly enhance the adhesion strength between rubber, steel wire, and fiber skeleton materials, making it a core additive for all steel radial tires 
5. Shorten the vulcanization cycle: After reaching the vulcanization temperature, quickly decompose and sulfurize, reduce the amount of sulfur used, and improve the rubber aging performance of Wuxi Huasheng Rubber .. 
3、 Main purpose 
Core area: Radial tires (carcass rubber, cushioning rubber, sidewall rubber), the most important raw material in the tire industry 
Other rubber products: rubber hoses, conveyor belts, rubber rollers, oil seals, cable insulation rubber, rubber shoes, automotive rubber accessories, light colored rubber products 
Applicable rubber types: unsaturated rubber such as natural rubber NR, styrene butadiene SBR, butadiene BR, nitrile NBR, etc 
4、 Packaging and Storage 
-Packaging: 25kg cowhide composite paper bag lined with PE film bag 
-Storage: A cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse, away from light and heat sources; Strictly prohibit exposure to high temperatures; Stay away from oxidants; Shelf life is about 12 months 
-Attention: Under high temperature conditions, it will slowly revert back to normal sulfur, affecting the anti frost effect
