>Synthesis: High pressure polyethylene, obtained by free radical polymerization of ethylene at high temperature and high pressure; The molecular chain has a large number of long branched chains, which are significantly different from the structure of LLDPE (short branched, low-pressure process). 
Physical and chemical indicators (general parameters for new aggregate materials) 
-Appearance: Milky white translucent particles, odorless and non-toxic 
-Density: 0.910-0.925 g/cm ³ 
-Melting point: 105-115 ℃ 
-Melt flow rate MFR (190 ℃/2.16kg): 0.3-50 g/10min, with a wide range of grades 
-Vicat softening point: 80-95 ℃ 
-Features: Good gloss, high transparency, soft touch, good processing fluidity; But its resistance to tearing, puncture, and environmental stress cracking is weaker than LLDPE 
LDPE/LLDPE simple comparison 
>LDPE: Long branched chain, good gloss, high transparency, easy to process; Generally resistant to tearing and puncture 
>LLDPE: short branched chain, strong toughness, good resistance to puncture and tear; Low gloss, greater extrusion resistance 
core performance 
1. Soft texture, excellent transparency and surface gloss 
2. Low temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, resistance to most chemicals, good chemical stability 
3. Good heat sealing performance, commonly used raw materials for heat sealing layer 
4. Excellent electrical insulation performance 
5. Good formability, suitable for blown film, extrusion, injection molding, and coating 
6. Disadvantages: low rigidity, poor heat resistance, and easy deformation at high temperatures; Not as tear and puncture resistant as LLDPE 
Main purpose (commonly used in foreign trade) 
1. Thin film field (most importantly) 
-Food packaging film, composite film heat sealing layer, shrink film, fresh-keeping bag, lightweight packaging plastic bag 
-Agricultural film: greenhouse film, plastic film (often blended with LLDPE to balance gloss and toughness) 
-Packaging liner film, paper coating (coated paper) 
2. Extrusion coating/film coating 
Paper plastic composite, non-woven fabric coating, kraft paper coating (paper cup, paper packaging bag coating), LDPE is the mainstream raw material for coating 
3. Injection molded products 
Plastic caps, hoses, small soft containers 
4. Wires and cables 
Insulation layer and sheath of low-voltage cable 
5. Others: extruded hoses, foam products
