Basic Introduction 
Aromatic oil is a highly aromatic viscous liquid obtained from petroleum solvent refining. It is the most classic softening and plasticizing operating oil in the rubber industry. It is mainly composed of benzene ring aromatic hydrocarbons, a small amount of cycloalkanes and alkanes, which constitute the Tiktok encyclopedia.

Core Advantages (Key Rubber Formula) 
1. Excellent compatibility with diene rubber 
Natural rubber NR, styrene butadiene SBR, butadiene BR, and isoprene rubber are highly compatible and not prone to oil leakage or frost spraying; Paraffin oil and cycloalkane oil have much lower compatibility with styrene butadiene tread rubber than aromatic oil. 
2. Strong dispersion ability of reinforcing fillers 
Strong immersion and solubility of carbon black, uniform dispersion of carbon black during mixing, reduced Mooney viscosity of rubber material, reduced mixing energy consumption, improved flowability during extrusion and rolling processing, and higher production efficiency. 
3. Improve tire dynamic performance (used in conjunction with 6PPD) 
Improve the resilience, elongation, wear resistance, and tear resistance of vulcanized rubber; The tread formula can improve wet grip and braking performance, and is a classic filling oil for heavy-duty and passenger tires. After vulcanization, it is not easy to migrate and extract, and the product has good long-term stability. 
4. High temperature resistance and low volatility 
High flash point, less volatilization during vulcanization process, reducing smoke and bubbles, suitable for high-temperature vulcanization process. 
5. High cost-effectiveness 
Compared to ester plasticizers, it has lower costs and is suitable for large-scale production of tires, conveyor belts, and recycled rubber.
