Epoxy resin E-51 (alias 618, WSR618) product introduction 
Full name: Bisphenol A-type liquid epoxy resin E-51, is the most commonly used and widely used basic liquid epoxy in China, benchmarking imported Dow DER331, South Asia NPEL-128, and Shell 828. 
>E represents epoxy resin, 51 represents epoxy value of approximately 0.51 eq/100g, epoxy equivalent ≈ 184-196 g/eq; The molecular weight is about 380, and it is a transparent viscous liquid at room temperature. It must be crosslinked and cured with a curing agent, and the resin alone will not harden.

-Appearance: Colorless to pale yellow transparent viscous liquid, without mechanical impurities 
-Epoxy value: 0.48~0.54 eq/100g 
-Epoxy equivalent: 184~196 g/eq 
-Viscosity (25 ℃): 10000~16000 mPa · s 
-Density (25 ℃): 1.16 g/cm ³ 
-Gardner color: ≤ No.2 
-Volatile matter: ≤ 2% 
-Flash point: ≥ 150 ℃ 
-Shelf life: sealed at room temperature for 12 months; Long term storage at low temperatures may result in crystallization, but heating to 60-70 ℃ can restore it 
2、 Core advantages 
Strong adhesive performance, commonly known as universal glue, can bond metals, concrete, stone, glass, carbon fiber, wood, etc. 
The curing shrinkage rate is extremely low, the internal stress after curing is small, the dimensional stability is good, and it is suitable for pouring and sealing. 
Chemical corrosion resistance: resistant to water, oil, dilute acid, dilute alkali, salt spray, with outstanding anti-corrosion performance. 
Excellent electrical insulation, stable electrical performance after curing, suitable for electronic insulation casting. 
Flexible formula: can be combined with various curing agents such as amines, polyamides, anhydrides, etc; Titanium dioxide, fillers, diluents, and toughening agents can be added to adjust the system. 
Curing options: room temperature curing or heating curing; Heating curing strength, temperature resistance, and chemical resistance are further improved.

1. Epoxy flooring: self leveling coating, intermediate coating, epoxy mortar flooring 
2. Anti corrosion coatings: heavy-duty anti-corrosion primer/topcoat for steel structures, storage tanks, pipelines, and ships
