Purple brown to black brown particles/flakes solid, some with purple luster; Melting point of about 45 ℃, low volatility, good compatibility with rubber GovInfo.
Product Features
1. Super strong resistance to ozone and oxidation: Excellent protection against static and dynamic ozone aging, while also resisting thermal oxidative aging and flexural cracking, making it the most essential anti-aging agent for tires;
2. Inhibit metal catalyzed aging: can inhibit the accelerated aging of rubber caused by metal ions such as copper and manganese;
3. Moderate transferability: able to slowly migrate to the surface of rubber and continuously consume ozone, with a long protection period;
4. Disadvantages: Belonging to p-phenylenediamine, it is polluting and can cause discoloration of rubber products, making it unsuitable for light colored rubber;
5. Can be used in small quantities as a partial monomer polymerization inhibitor.
Main applications
Tire industry (maximum use): tread and sidewall of heavy-duty tires and passenger car tires, resistant to ozone cracking and repeated flexural cracking;
Rubber products: dynamic rubber parts such as conveyor belts, rubber hoses, shock absorbers, cable sheaths, etc;
The vast majority of diene based synthetic rubber formulations, including natural rubber, butadiene styrene, butadiene styrene, and isoprene.

-Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse, away from light, sealed, and kept away from oxidants; The shelf life is about 24 months.
